Why does this appear to have stopped?

The sand from the Harbour beach used to be a lot lower that it is now up near Kitty's corner. There used to be a four foot drop from the patio area, you would be hard pushed to know there was one now. I suggest that the sand be removed (as before with JCB's) and taken to Porthgwidden where the sand levels have gone down so much over recent years the beach is littered with stones at the top end.
